Spectrum TV Video Operations- Help deploying World Box 2.0's across 50+ US States in Arris DAC or Cisco DNCS/EC markets in Time Warner, Charter and Bright House Networks.- Help building, implementing, upgrading and supporting the deployment and release process of new Spectrum Guide over DOCSIS in Legacy Charter, Time Warner and Bright House Networks and managing day-to-day operational aspects of the assigned project to ensure there are no issues- Help coordinating and driving tasks of various video related operations like Stitchers, Active Video Networks, TSBs over IP/DOCSIS implementations. Troubleshooting CMTS, QAM, server ACL issues.- Coordinating with the ISP (Inside Plant) of regional Hubs & Billings teams for verifying various aspects of the World Box like connections, provisioning, accounts & modem setup process, RF signal feeds and IR.- Assembling teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.- Creating and updating different documents and providing status updates, meeting minutes, milestone reporting, owning quality sign offs, tracking key project milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources, mediating and resolving conflicts, training team members, and scheduling meetings with key stakeholders.- Driving and managing all tasks related to testing like Hub Validation, ORT testing, Eyes on Glass Testing, Launch Validation, Market Readiness Testing (MRT), Product Assurance Testing (PAT) and Effective Field Installs (EFT).- Troubleshooting and testing for VOD, PPV, DVR, etc in newly built markets by analyzing logs and tickets in JIRA.- Spearhead troubleshooting calls with various teams across Charter to resolve priority issues for Spectrum Guide handoff.- Test, help troubleshoot, and document Set top box related issues like “Retrieving Channel Info”, “Limited Mode”, etc. on set top boxes.
