At this stage of my professional journey, I am eager to take the next step in my career and work in a hands-on and diverse role that involves communicating with a wide array of stakeholders, working as part of a large team and being able to positively contribute to business performance. Having spent more than 12 years in the warehouse and logistics industry performing a range of duties across different roles.Through years of hands-on experience, I have come to understand the importance of accurate and efficient distribution of loads management, teamwork, safety and other responsibilities associated with an operational management role. In addition, I am organized, diligent and able to maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including stores and Distributors. I am a personable individual capable of displaying empathy and building rapport with stakeholders at various levels I am reliable, organised and self-motivated – I am proud of what I do and work to high standards that I have set for myself. I have consistently met and at times, exceeded company expectations in the past, which has earned me my colleagues’ and management respect for my dedication and professionalism.
