Responsible for cosmetics applications laboratory and technical marketing of cosmetic raw materials for customers and distributors in Turkey, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe.Visited customers and distributors in these regions regularly and followed their projects.Analyzed the cosmetics/detergents markets of these regions, set up marketing plans to increase sales of raw materials, developed a customer database of these markets consisting of 150 accounts.Gave technical trainings for customers and distributors (including hands-on sessions) in Turkey, Middle East, Africa and Europe, as well as for internal staff.Prepared technical bulletins on key ingredients together with application sample to promote selected ingredients.Worked on 600 customer projects consisting of hair care&styling, skin care, oral care, suncare, makeup and home care; turned 200 projects into sales.
