With 20+ years of experience in the IT Consulting industry, my activities have ranged from sales origination & solutions design to delivery of high-impact engagements:- IT strategy assessments & business case development (experienced drivers being: e-business, globalization, digital, cloud and intelligent automation)- Shaping & delivery of complex IT programs, involving both ERPs (mainly SAP, 5 years) and custom-developed solutions, in large organizations (up to 110 000 users)- Shaping & delivery of IT organizations transformation programs, including Operating Model transformation and global outsourcing initiatives (130+ FTE team ; 50+ M€ deal)- Inception and Agile delivery of Digital transformation programs, leveraging Hybrid Cloud capabilitiesI have also built, over these years, a cross industry experience acquired at leading companies (in Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities and Financial Services) along with People Management skills and good knowledge of key operations processes in global consulting firms.After leading the Cloud Transformation Services for Capgemini in France over 5 years, I've joined Bleu as of January 2024 as CTO, in charge of our Technology Offering, Partnerships and Cloud Adoption Services.
