• Solved critical tickets for customer with excellent GTAC support and field engineers. This improved Huawei’s relationship with customer in order to obtain the 4G network rollout for the upcoming years.• Improved the network’s KPI’s from 96% to 99% in Accessibility and PDP Activation Rates through major optimization techniques, health checks, planning modulation and tilt modifications.• Managed a 3G project in the “Moskitia” jungle which was deployed in the predicted time frame. It consisted in drive testing in rivers, and optimizing the network in jungle environments.• Started a “Hot Spot Strategy” in order to create a more efficient network that would allocate its resources in the best way possible according to its traffic.• Successfully deployed a network second carrier that would balance traffic and data transmission in order to duplicate the network’s capacity in 3 months for 1800 sites.• Deployed HSPA+ with features of Fast Dormancy and Enhanced UL, and initiated 4G HSPA+ Phase II with features of E-FACH and DC-HSDPA in order to enable the network’s RNC to its maximum capacity.

• Successfully launched the first 60 km Micro Wave link across the ocean between two major cities. This project helped increase the bandwidth capacity for the Millicom network in Central America.• Supervised the National Fiber Ring of 80 km with foreign subcontractors.
