I am a multinational experienced professional with a passion to human development. My job style is customer oriented either the customers are consumers or company employees. My studies on International Relations are not by chance. I am really interested on how political and financial issues can affect the relations between peoples and I was always trying my work choices, overall, to be very close to the culture of negotiation power. From my first work experience in banking sector till last one in hospitality, I was involved with high responsibility projects for which communication and negotiation skills were essential components of success. These key roles helped me to build a dynamic business profile, with basic characteristics, the self-motivation and creativity, and obtain a substantial international experience at global work environments. I believe that my work agility is something that I have proved during my career and I feel always ready for any new challenge.
