CurrentServed as cross functional leader to organize hardware, mechanical, firmware, ATE software, planning and production teams to release products.Transceiver level architecture design: Completed feasibility study to decide main solutions,key components, and cost model; Defined specifications and requirement of optical, electrical, mechanics and FW portions; Created system level opto-mechanics placement idea. Developed key algorithm implemented in FW, such as DSP relock, APC, MZM modulator bias control etc.Detailed hardware design: Completed circuit level simulation, schematic design, worked with layout and mechanical engineers to finalize PCB, mechanics and fiber placement design.Led team to build prototypes, trouble shoot, complete validation testing and pilot run.Provided technical support to customers.
