CurrentProject Leader, Business Engagement, Walmart Technology; Project Manager II, Global Business Group (GBP), HO ~ Driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects for GWFM/Red Prairie/Customer First ~ Partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors to drive the solutions to store associate scheduling ~ Leading the Labor Demand team to provide demand expertise to US and global markets (BR, CA, CN, JP, MX, UK, CL, AR) ~ Ensuring each project/market is scoped, planned and prioritized based on the largest impact to the company ~ Planning, monitoring and controlling project process to meet project schedules and customer expectations ~ Prioritizing and balancing the business needs among the markets and ensuring their needs are being met ~ Monitoring forecasting/scheduling solutions to boost efficiencies and performance in 2000+ stores and clubs ~ Data mining on large-scale, complex relational data from Teradata, DB2 databases, Informix using SQL ~ Optimizing labor demand by analyzing and making better decisions based on data predictive analytics ~ Developing and developed tools to automate labor demand configuration process to improve process efficiency by 60% ~ Providing business guidelines and requirements to Metric scrum team for developing metric data feeding process ~ Analyzing and interpreting data and information to provide insights to the markets for their business decision making ~ Leading weekly meetings of global markets, facilitating discussions and providing meeting agenda and recap ~ Preparing and presenting reports, metric data analysis and presentations to customers and management ~ Communicating, collaborating and providing training to GWFM customers of all markets: US, CA, CN, BR, JP, MX ~ Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
