目前工作年資已有五年，曾擔任過開發工程師，負責產品量產前之測試、規範設定包含製程、品質、包裝等 及 印刷業IE工程師負責製程規劃、成本估價及分析、新產品評估及導入、現場及系統改善、RFID專案評估規劃，現任半導體IE工程師，負責新廠產能規劃、投資計畫、產能標準訂定、產能控管及系統專案規劃分析My name is Ping Han Tsai. I graduated from National Yu-Lin University of Science and Technology with the major of Industrial Engineering and Management. I am very outgoing and easy to get along with. In order to increase my working experience, I took several part-time job, such as waiter, sales assistant. With those working experience, I know how to deal with others very well. During my college period, I learned many courses of communication issue such as manufacturing process and even quality control at school. Therefore, I always got the standard operating process concept in mind. I was also a member of our department club. During which I learned how to cooperate with others, organize group activities and bargain costs. Retrospect my school days and working period, I really learned a lot. In the future, I will not only dedicate myself with the skill I got to your company, but also accomplish my goal step by step.
