• Preparation of Monthly DUR & ROI report to Country Manager / Management for their KPI meeting.• Analyze Data and design new report according to requirement of Management• Cooperation with other Department to prepare business plan and 3 years Mid-term plan.• Cooperation with IT Manager for NAV system to implement more modules to automates critical business processes.

• Assists in month-end and year-end closing of accounts.• Prepare GL Account Schedule for audit & tax purpose.• Prepare Monthly Journal entries and Bank Reconciliation.• Prepare monthly schedule eg: Sales Summary, Comparative expenses report, Balance Sheet Schedule, Debtor & Creditor Aging etc.• Prepare Fixed Assets disposal schedules, Machinery for resales schedule & Machine Traded Schedules.• Prepare and checking supplier’s payment & petty cash claim.

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare month-end and year-end closing of accounts• Processing monthly payroll• Prepare and handle accounts receivable and accounts payable function• Prepare Monthly Journal entries and Bank Reconciliation• Prepare Quarterly GST Returns for Submission• Prepare financial statement• Prepare and Submit Relevant Documents for Overseas Shipments for Declaration of GST Purposes.
