I lead the product engineering team in Dropbox New York office to discover, learn and build product that enables professionals to deliver exceptional work to clients.- I ran a team of engineers to take a prototype product all the way to serve hundreds of thousands users weekly.- As a nimble team, we shipped an external Alpha launch after 3 months of building MVP and then launching a public beta with another 5 months for Dropbox Transfer. We validated Product Market Fit and a steady monetization motion with each of those milestones. We took another 3 months to expand the product from being web only to be available on Desktop and Mobile as well which led up to the general availability of Transfer on Nov 2019.- My team embraced a culture of being driven by product impact.
