-Work directly with CEO to cover several major accounts, including quotation, inventory, and production management-Work independently to provide quotation to all smaller accounts and online accounts, including review and approve price discounts and promotion events-Perform market research by analyzing competitors' products purchased online and in-store-Strategically manage product assortment based on historical sales trends and market environment-Update pricing and specs for company catalog and closeout list when needed-Communicate with vendors to review projects and analyze quotes and packaging information-Identify cost saving opportunities by identifying product sourcing and international freight alternatives, while continuously challenge the existing supplier base for innovation and cost optimization-In charge of the selection of vendors by thorough assessment of product quality, service, and pricing-Act as the sole liaison between company and vendors to manage outstanding orders and to address any quality control issues - tasks include communication of all approval comments to the vendors, confirmation of sample, scheduling SGS onsite inspection, and arranging shipments and payments-Prepare data in the Mas 90 system for all POs, and prepare purchase order to the vendors-Manage production schedule and deliveries to customers - tasks include review and track vendor performance, advise sales team of any changes or delays affecting scheduled production, and oversee all matters of importing and shipping of goods
