I am a quality-oriented scientist in cellular and molecular neuroscience or related fields, with demonstrated publications in Circulation Research, Advanced Science, Science Signaling, British Journal of Pharmacology, Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism, Journal of Neuroinflammation, et al. I am skilled in cell culture, molecular biology, molecular cloning, immunochemistry, biochemistry, genetics, in vivo research experience in transgenic mice, mouse neurological behaviors, mouse models of central nervous disorders, such as ischemic stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), vascular cognitive impairment and dementia (VCID), and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). My long-term interests are elucidating novel biomarkers and molecular mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic strategies for CNS or other diseases.Currently, I am also interested in cancer immunology and am actively involved in antibody discovery, antibody engineering, T-cell engager (TCE), and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T engineering and cell immunotherapy for cancers, including blood tumor or solid tumor.
