Leadership- Lead the China Innovation Center R&D team and manage external partners:- Managing of capacities and resources for different projects and product development- Work with global leadership team to drive execution of projects- Establish a strong intercultural management- Facilitate strong knowledge exchange of different LMS R&D sites and partnering with Global Sourcing, OI, QA, R&D, Product Management and market Intelligence- Promote and facilitate associate development in various areasLead the site:- Represent the R&D center in China aligning with the value of the company- People responsibility: determine the organization needed; recruit, develop and retain talents.- Strategic planning: aligned with the overall company strategy, formulate site vision and strategy, implement and execute annual operating plan- Organize supporting functions e.g. Finance, HR and IT and legal - Finance: responsible for site P&L, budgeting, financing and accounting - HR: HR operation (compensation and benefits), talent management, employee engagement - IT: network, data system needed Innovation & Product Development- Collaborate with the Product Managers to provide strategic direction for new product development/ new technologies and/or partnerships with external partners in alignment with Open Innovation team.- Drive INNOVATION to serve customers in attractive segments utilizing external partners for rapid time to market.- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations via the Quality Management SystemProject Management- Lead & support R&D teams in task estimation, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and deliverables- In accordance with all partners costs, time-to-market as well as reliable performance and system specifications have to be developed and executed properly.- Apply DBS tools like P2P, Daily and Visual Management techniques to improve clarity and drive execution

- Manage test and software development, product engineering, project management and customer service groups.

- Manage a product development engineering team that focuses on CPU and GPU test solution development and product management.- Collaborate with various engineering teams and operation teams for product execution.- Continue to drive product performance, cost and efficiency improvements. Solving engineering issues of design, yield, quality and efficiency. - Plan, develop and manage the team. Includes budget planning, SME (Subject Matter Expert) building up to further develop team’s capability, etc.

- Develop CMOS sensor firmware. Mainly work on colour compensation algorithm development and optimization, and develop APIs for the CMOS sensor to be integrated to outside systems.- Familiar with C/C++.

- Hardware design engineer, end product covers CCTV monitor and CCTV camera.- Familiar with circuit design and PCB layout.
