As Vice President for Dilato Infotech Limited , Jing leads the End to End solutions and is responsible for the overall delivery management and development, also the new business development, partnership and Cloud business initiatives.In 2015, expand the role as sales, focus on Euro and domestic new business development. She achieved significant tracking records: Euro business increase over 200%, developed domestic business with Didi, Baidu, 春雨医生，etc.Jing has over 20 years IT industry experiences and over 18 years management experiences, knowing both traditional testing process and new service model, including the Agile Testing, SDLC and the outsourcing QA process, methodology, and best practices very well. She once worked at hiSoft for about 10 years in Testing Department. She started her career as a software engineer, and grew to IBM onsite lead, PM/SPM, Director of Strategic Client Center, Vice President of Software Product Testing Delivery group. She served prestigious multinational clients such as Symantec, IBM, Hyperion, CA, BEA, Adobe, Citrix, etc. She successfully built up the Strategic ODC lab from beginning.She managed all the software delivery team of Beijing and Wuxi offices.Prior to joining outsourcing field, Jing spent more than 7 years in other Software product company and also one .China Navy research department.
