She once worked at hiSoft for about 10 years in Testing Department. She started her career as a software engineer, and grew to IBM onsite lead, PM/SPM, Director of Strategic Client Center, Vice President of Software Product Testing Delivery group. She served prestigious multinational clients such as Symantec, IBM, Hyperion, CA, BEA, Adobe, Citrix, etc. She successfully built up the Strategic ODC lab from beginning.She managed all the software delivery team of Beijing and Wuxi offices.Prior to joining outsourcing field, Jing spent more than 7 years in other Software product company and also one .China Navy research department.
