CurrentManage internal captive manufacturing operation as well as fully out-sourced fulfillment facilities in both Enterprise and Retail environment. Accountable for ensuring product availability, compliance, quality, and on time delivery to all customers. Lead strategic analysis and apply a total-cost model on various optimization projects to achieve operation efficiency, cost and leadtime reductions. Specialize in green-field operation start-up. Lead ERP transformation projects and provide guidance to global teams in defining most optimal fulfillment operation processes, including B2B infrastructure with suppliers and 3PLs.Serve as liaison between 3PL and all other internal functional groups and resolve issues impacting 3PL’s capability to pack and ship within agreed manufacturing lead-time.Define retail packaging material planning and inventory strategy to ensure material availability while minimizing potential E&O.Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous process improvement with 3PL.Track 3PL performance through a weekly scorecard process and drive root cause and corrective action where necessary.Define Statement of Work with 3PL and work with Legal to manage all aspects of contract negotiations.Successfully led a number of major supplier transition projects in both Retail and Enterprise business sectors.
