Participate in cross-departmental project meetings and provide professional procurement advice for NPI, EVT, DVT, and PVT.5. Lead supplier annual performance appraisal and supplier review.6. Provide quarterly procurement budgets, etc.

Excelitas Technology Corp is a foreign company owned by America AEA. Excelitas has 17 factories and around 5500 staffs all over the world. The main product includes: HV PCBA, aerospace lighting, sensor, optical lens in medical and military. The global strategy sourcing team based on Shenzhen factory. GSS shall have weekly meeting with the global SCM VP to talk about the projects status. GSS main duty will be:1. Help all foreign factories to develop suppliers and achieve deflation target. Commodity includes PCBA; active/passive components; optical lens; optical glass; crystals like DKDP,KDP,BBO,LBO and wafer.2. Deal with the quality issue; push the L/T and so on.3. Conduct the supplier audit to the important suppliers and all new suppliers (the supplier audit checklist is designed based on the ISO9001/14001/TS16949/OHSAS18001)4. Sign the Global Procument Agreement/ Consignment Agreement/Rebate Agreement in represent of global factories and get central purchasing price.5. Do and share the monthly global purchasing report, analysis the top 10 commodity, top 10 deflation/inflation, top 10 turnover supplier.6. Attend the monthly purchasing meeting, decided the cost down commodity，follow the project and develop suppliers as backup source.7. Help the VP to do the yearly report, seasonal supplier chain KPI report (mainly concentrate on PPM, payment terms, consignment, AOP)8. Accompany the foreign colleagues travel in China and other arranged affairs.

Mainly responsible for the control the quantity and quality of suppliers, get quotation, price control, requesting for samples,consultation for terms of payment and delivery, dealing with things like cost saving &rebate. What's more, doing the VE or VA for more request from ITBU request and set VMI model for inventory control.
