Responsible for leading and supervising team members to be able to execute projects independently. Serving as the main contact for big clients. Leading inter-departmental cooperation to execute important cases and to tender considerable projects.

Analyzing needs of clients and communicating with designers to bring more cases to company and to make projects proceed well. Managing 40+ cases within a year and executing 10+ cases simultaneously. Establishing trust and maintaining relationships with clients. Doing on-site service to solve any urgent problems and to satisfy needs of customers.

Conducting international purchasing, cost control, maintaining long-term relationship with local contractors. Monitoring on-site settings, negotiating with local partner& hosts, developing potential local partners for more ability/capacity to execute projects.
