Main Responsibilities, activities and Success in this role:► Management of a group of companies that includes a transportation company (turnover of NIS 100 million), a public transportation company (with a turnover of approximately NIS 600 million), a real estate company (with a turnover of NIS 300 million), and a start-up transportation company (with a turnover of approximately NIS 20 million)► Reporting to the Board of Directors, business development, handling budgets, banks, communication with external entities, working with government authorities and handling national tenders► Doubling the turnover of the transportation company from NIS 300 to NIS 600 million in two years, increasing the turnover of the start-up company from several million NIS to NIS 20 million in a year and a half

Main Responsibilities, activities and Success in this role:► Management of all activity areas of the company in four production sites, and 2 distribution centers► Management of 1,200 employees and 100 distributors, 3 categories and 5000 customers► Reorganization of the sales and distribution systems and their adaptation to the current generation, including technological means► Farewell to the failed business► Transfer of the company from loss to profit with a significant reduction in operating and non-operating costs, and annual growth of 7%

VP Operations - comprehensive management of 10 production sites in various food categories:► Establishment of one operating division and comprehensive management of 10 production sitesin various food categories, 2000 employees► Management of efficiency processes► Implementation of LEAN management process

Establishment of a supply chain that includes logistics, distribution, procurement and planningunits and the realization of a large number of merging goals in which processes aremaintained, and joint contact with the market and achieving significant savings in costs.

Director of the merger process of Strauss and Elite:► The establishment of joint head-quarters► Defining the business units in a new merged company► Defining the functional processes and organizational structures in the entire system► Staffing and extracting the synergies of the merger
