She is an ICF accredited Master Certified Coach (MCC), graduated from International Coach Academy (ICA), an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited training program, and a Yoga Instructor, certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT 200hrs). In addition, she was also certified as service and leadership professional facilitator by Forum Corporation and Achieve Global respectively and certified to interpret Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).Before specializing in human development field, Pin-Hsuan has more than 16 years experience in banking industry managing services, sales, operations, and quality. She started her career with Citibank, then Bank of America, and last with Taishin Bank. In corporate careers, she also worked as corporate training manager to design and facilitate training programs. Since 2006 Pin-Hsuan has been shifting her career focus to human development as an independent consultant with Landis Institute for Service Excellence.Originally from Taiwan, Pin-Hsuan lived in Unites States for two years and has been living in Shanghai from February 2008 performing Business Development Director with Whole Brain Leadership Consulting, Ltd.
