Undertaking all aspects of commercial property management, including sales, lettings, lease-renewals, rent-reviews, project managing refurbishments and inspections. Dealing and negotiating day to day with landlords, tenants, contractors and everyone in between.

Undertaking various aspects of property management in both the residential and commercial sectors. Responsibilities included viewings, inspections, tenant vetting, negotiation and lease preparation.

Quoting for and executing overseas bank transfers for hundreds of clients. Making sure all orders are paid for on time, trading funds for the required foreign currency, and sending overseas.

Gathering orders from multiple wholesale foreign currency clients. Controlling the foreign currency chain from when the orders are placed, through ordering, paying for and sorting orders up until they leave for delivery. Also includes carrying out full AML checks on potential new clients, and training them on AML procedures and how to use forex software.

Travelling around the UK and Ireland, appraising, sorting and buying various precious metals, including gold, silver, platinum and palladium, spending in excess of £100,000 per day. Clients included many which I made initial contact with and onboarded myself.
