I am a person who has the ability to lead projects, people and work enviroments towards their very best with my positive and enthusiastic personality. I'm able to bring people together for co-creation to work together for a better resolution.With my emphatic and human-centric approach I lead team members' growth. As a leader I see myself in a position of customer service agent, I'll be present when ever needed.With my experience I lead projects to meet strategic and business goals, I know how to select the most suitable method for each case. I truly enjoy co-creation processes, facilitating workshops and combine data to holistic understanding of customer experience – aiming to produce customer centric products and services with the deep understanding of business development.I drive business growth with customer insights, co-creation, ideation, facilitation and designing. I also measure and present results to organization. I have gained experience from different fields and I am happy that I am able to combine my knowledge from customer experience, digital services, strategic leadership and service design.In my work, I have had many opportunities to give speeches and presentations to audiences of all size. Besides that, I'm really greatful that I have had the possibility to organize various events, for example international seminars and kick-off events. With my last two master degrees from Service Design and Customer Experience I am higly educated to manage different challenges and make things happen. I also have a great commitment towards my work.
