- Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes engineers and product managers to create simple, easy to use software- Utilize UX research strategies and frameworks to make decisions about design (Information Architecture, Wireframing, User Testing, etc.)- Create storyboards, wire-frames and mockups, design interactions and flows through the application and assist in creating UI/UX prototypes- Development of architecture roadmap of Teradata DCM Web/UI Stack- Creates production ready UI / UX interfaces- Create and deliver various designs for mobile, web, and print mediums- Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations

Plan and supervise staff in the design team• Design UI/ UX mobile app according to criteria: creative, user-friendly, differentiated.• Analyze and exchange design ideas with the solution department via wireframes• Work closely with relevant departments: solution and development departments to selectand complete high-quality products• Present ideas and products visually through supporting tools (Create mockups, showcase,etc.)• Have basic understanding of HTML/CSS• Have good aesthetic, diverse design styles, good UI handling and UX optimization
