Visual Communicator, Art Director, Brand Builder and other fancy ways of saying Graphic Designer.After stints in Hawaii and Colorado, I've returned to my hometown, Granville, Ohio. I lead design efforts at Denison University, including the editorial design of the college's magazine.Design school taught me that aesthetically pleasing design is nothing if it isn't built on the foundation of a solid idea. But without a striking look, that idea will lost in the noise. 20+ years of work experience at a range of branding studios and ad agencies have streamlined my process and grown my understanding of effective strategies for all kinds of businesses.Outside of work, it's all about the family (I'm a twin/girl dad). With the little time left, I dabble in photography, DIY projects, electric skateboarding, tennis, and occasionally building enormous office supplies.
