Monitoring & Procurement functions of Category based Purchasing, Execute Orders & Coordinate Expediting, Monitor post-award project contract management, Receive purchase requisitions / expiring contracts list, Prepare & release Request for Quotation/ Enquiry to the short-listed vendors, Study offersfrom vendors, and prepare a comparative statement to aid in selection of vendors, optimization of price and other commercial terms, Participate in Commercial Negotiation Meetings, Negotiate & finalize price for items covered, Prepare & release the final PO, Maintain co-ordination with inbound logistics andall commercial departments.• Post-award Contract Administration with Supplier/Service Provider in co-ordination with internal teams namely technical, assist in handling internal and external Audit and close out of PO/Contracts, Timely response and resolution of Internal and External audit issues related to procurement. Support buyersfor resolving such issues.• Arrangement of disposal of scrap/ surplus materials, Preparation of Monthly Inventory Reports, Material Movement data reports.
