As Sales Director at Pinksheep I look after all things related to sales, including: Vision, client satisfaction, employee motivation, sales strategy and sales training. I started life as a ginger* baby and then found myself morphing into a graphic designer by the age of 21. (*hence the B&W profile pic). I liked graphic design but I was naturally drawn towards sales. I quickly discovered my love for business, sales and customer service could outpace my ability to hack together a pleasing leaflet design, so I downed my graphic design tools and set up Pinksheep in 2007. It was at that precise moment I discovered an incredible inability to do anything that requiring accounting skills. By some miracle, I avoided jail, and back in 2013 I was saved by Billy Gubby (our operations director) who took over everything finance and accounts related when we merged our two companies together. From then on, Pinksheep has been my life. Our team has grown to be the most talented, hard working and motivated bunch of people I have ever know and we all love what we do.
