About Phil Pinkus
Phillip is the Arizona Church Security Network (AZCSN) (open to all houses of worship) Director of the Metro Phoenix Network and serves on the leadership team. He has a passion for mission focused church security and helping Houses of Worship (HOWs) establish/operate security/EMS teams.Author of “Wise as Serpents Gentle as Doves, Insight, Ideas, and Discussion about How to Start or Improve a Church Security Team” (Amazon 2018), Phil is assisting church security efforts across America. Phil also serves the Faith Based Security Network (FBSN) as Committee Chairman of Coalition Development (U.S.). He's also a leader with AZ Church Security Network (AZCSN) Metro-Phoenix chapter. AZCSN provides support for houses of worship in Arizona including: networking, communications, training, and best practices. He has also served as the Arizona State Security Officer for Christian Emergency Network (CEN). Back in 2015, Phil served, recruited, organized and trained a large team for a multi campus mega church in Central Phoenix. He also has hands on experience with building and running teams at smaller HOW. Serving as a member of the Cedarburg Volunteer Fire Department since 1991, he achieved the rank of Lieutenant/Training Officer. He helped develop and co-led technical rescue teams. And he also worked with Code III Training (WI) instructing technical rescue to firefighters from a 5 state area. He was a member of Lions International for 16 years and served on the District level in both WI and AZ. Phil has volunteered with many other organizations. Phil was a partner/owner of U.S. Environmental Corp., (Milwaukee, WI) an environmental cleanup contractor dealing with hazardous materials, underground storage tank removal, and contaminated soil remediation; he also owned an insurance business that focused on property, casualty, life, business insurance, and retirement planning. He was elected by agents to the National Association of Professional Allstate Agents (NAPAA) board of directors, was elected Vice President the following year, and served as President for two years. NAPAA served the agents of a Fortune 50 Company. Phil serves on the Phoenix Police Chief's Faith Based Advisory Board, is a certified team member for the Maricopa County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), has been a member of (FBI) Infragard - Arizona Member's Alliance, and has provided security for nationally known pastors like Gregg Lurie, Tommy Barnett, David Herzog, Joyce Meyer, Jentezen Franklin, Denny Duran and more.
