 Provide Custom service and sales support Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing Analyzing sales process and coming up with the proper processing procedures Raise quotations, invoices, purchase orders and service requests through MYOB Issuing credit notes and handling EFT and cheques payments Coordinate dispatching Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointment Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries

- Customer service- Check in and check out guest (assign rooms, issue room keys, mention all the rules and regulations to guest)- Work directly with concierge staff (Housekeeper, maintenance staff)- Introduce and arrange guest travel and transportation- Calculate bills and receive payment- Direct call and email from guest (Reservations, room service orders and provide information)- Data entry, update the database and prepare all paper works for the check in guests- Deal and solve with the guest complaints

- Meet and greet customers- Recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise- Describe, demonstrate use and operation of the product.- Managing products’ price, stock in and communicate with supplier- Inventory stock and requisition new stock- Open and close cash registers, count money, sort charge slips and balance monies- Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments
