Accounting Supervisor• Responsible for all the Accounting Administrative activities and licenses.• Supervises staff accountants and clerical staff to ensure that the department accomplishes accounting objectives by mentoring employees.• Ensures that all routine actions were completed on time without any issues.• Communicates important Financial Announcements to Shareholders.• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding questions or concerns. • Doing bank reconciliation once a week to ensure that all receivables and payables are properly encoded and prepare the budget for the following week.• Strived to create a supportive and positive work environment by scheduling a meeting once a week.• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Bookkeeper - Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book: Receipts and Disbursements Book- Petty Cash Audit - Complete tax reports - Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions

Staff Accountant (Entry Level) - Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)- Maintain and update accounting records and files- Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues- Reconcile bank statements- Conduct month-end and year-end closures- Calculating salaries, overtime earnings, and vacation deductions- Issuing paychecks in a timely manner- Generating payroll reports for Managers to review- Updating payroll systems, including employment hires and terminations- Attending to payroll inquiries from employees
