- Build and maintain a wide range of mid- and senior-level contacts of project owners in the government and private enterprises in diverse sectors (transport infrastructure, energy, environment, smart city, ICT, defense, etc.) in order to update potential project information and bidding status for Korean investors/contractors.- Update constantly laws, regulations and policies for an overview of sector-specific project development trend to consult and assist Korean firms.- Coordinate with State agencies and relevant enterprises to organize trade and investment promotion events, bilateral cooperation forums, seminars as well as private meetings to prompt and support project development opportunities for Korean investors/firms.- Analyze and evaluate factual market trends to make market research report and give appropriate cooperation proposals for specific sectors.

- Develop and maintain an extensive range of high-level contacts of enterprises to find out and update their cooperation demands with Korean firms.- Plan out, coordinate and organize trade mission, exhibition to prompt business meetings between Vietnam and Korea.- In charge of advertising events by keeping contact to related State agencies or local media firms.- Make market research report by analyzing and evaluating current market size and trend, competitor, distribution channels, price trend & client segment, etc.

- Set up and maintain employee database systems, employee profile ensuring all data updated accurately on timely basis. - Manage employee database update and inform to Social Insurance Department.- Manage the logistics for Korean manager and Korean staff (visa, resident permit…)- Manage documents of ID card, car register, tax refund, goods import policy (for personal and office) and keep contacts with related State agencies to update procedures timely.- Oversee facilities and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure that they are in complete working order.- Some basic accounting duties: banking transfer sheets, invoice and statement checking, etc.
