•Lead junior designers for several projects from research, to conception, to strategic analysis, to implementation•Partner closely with marketing team and engineering to ensure all design projects presenting with high quality and on-time delivery from online to offline •Review design works and provide practical feedback after junior designers complete their works•Take part in field research and apply research observation into design•Conceptualize and create brand campaigns across digital and print•Design product detail page for different products based on brand•Ensure brand consistency, such as colors, typography, graphics from designers’ perspective•Concept, storyboard, plan and layout motion graphic projects•Creating the mascot with variety characteristics for the client•Responsible for organizing cross-team events, including scene set, process planning, designing for invitation cards, name cards, and posters to enhance team spirits and consensus

•Collaborate closely with UI&UX designers and marketing team to produce the interface of website and App•Manage and track the project timeline•Creating variety of banners and EDM•Design promotion DM for print•Character Design

• Assisting in the creation of high caliber artwork under the supervision of the Art Director and the team• Creating animations and working with other artists with logistics, art preparation and other production• Brainstorming ideas, Create illustrations, Film shooting and Post production

• Image retouching• Storyboard development• Post production• Logo animation

• Design art and layouts• Review final layout and suggest improvements as need• Prepare illustrations and rough sketches based on instruction from clients and the supervisor

• Encourage children to speak and sing in English• Talk English conversations with students by the telephone• Review students’ assignments
