Field work responsible for the audit of national and international clients with IFRS, US GAAP and SNC (Portuguese GAAP) Reporting in sectors such: engineering & construction, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, transportation, industrial manufacturing, paper & packaging, real estate.Internal control procedures: internal control systems analysis; analysis and support in designing and implementing internal control systems.Experience in M&A projects: due dilligences; reorganization projects; accounting advice.Support in the elaboration and validation of consolidated financial statements in international groups both in IFRS and SNC.Accounting and audit skills, Portuguese tax law and corporate finance.Team management and time administration: field work responsibilities, execution, review and supervision of work performed by other graduate staff members.Experience in auditing European and National funds (QREN).
