I was part of the Center of Excellence at Godrej Agrovet.My responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing role so that talent pipelines is created for the company’s current and future hiring needs.Creation and maintenance of employer brand for the organizationResponsible for Managing TA Analytics and Governance and MIS Dashboard.Responsible for Managing TA and Campus Operations and BudgetsResponsible for, managing On boarding and Induction.
