As the very 1st Product Manager at Tagwalk, I hold a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the evolution of Tagwalk's digital ecosystem, encompassing Tagwalk.com, Tagwalk’s app, subscriptions, B2B media solutions, and our first SaaS product currently in development & yet to hit the market.My responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle, from market and user research to product roadmapping, product positioning, management of development processes, and evaluation of product performance.Here's a snapshot of my recent wins:- Led the development of an MVP SaaS solution allowing fashion professionals to visualize and analyze the behavior of runway trends- Fine-tuned the UX of various areas of the website, resulting in +174% in user acquisition and +230% in newsletter sign-ups- Led the soft launch of the subscription-based model in several markets, achieving a 1.2% conversion rate (industry average is 0.05%)- Identified untapped revenue streams by introducing new B2B media offerings (€150 000 revenues generated)
