-Selling membership and golf villa.-Focusing on seeking new clients and retaining existing members.-Hitting the company's KPI target in each month.-Initiating sales strategy and coordinating with sales team.-Building positive relationships with villa residents in persons and via telephone calls and emails.-Visiting members to strengthen relationships and via telephone calls and emails.-Proactively handle the new potential account and pursuits account until the sale is successful.-Updating on marketing information.-Following up for the collection of outstanding payment.-Coordinating between the golf operation and finance department.-Preparing reports and summarizing information for the manager.-Responsible for golf reservations in Thailand and abroad-Take care of members who need to visit golfing abroad with 8 partner courts in Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan and Singapore.-Take care of members who need to visit golfing abroad with 8 -Performing other duties as assigned.
