Strategic Support to the Board of Directors:I work closely with the Board of Directors (BoD) to identify and develop new services in the ESG field and related to the EASI model.I provide technical advice for the expansion of the company's offering, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.My contribution is important to allow Sircle to position itself as a leader in the offer of ESG solutions and in maintaining a strong network of professional relationships with certification bodies and commercial partners.Project Management and Coordination:I manage and coordinate Sircle's teams in strategic projects, including the continuous updating of the EASI model and the development of new ESG/EASI services. My role ensures constant alignment with market needs and efficient management of resources.Relations with Accredia and Certification Bodies:I support the Board of Directors in managing relationships with Accredia and other Certification Bodies, ensuring technical compliance and accreditation of the EASI model and any other models and programs. This includes preparing and reviewing the necessary technical documentation.Partner and Client Relationship Management:I facilitate technical relationships between the Board of Directors and Sircle Partners, as well as managing contacts with potential Partners and Clients. My technical expertise supports Sircle Members and Partners in effectively communicating the benefits of the EASI model and ESG initiatives, promoting strategic collaborations.Technical Training:I provide technical training on the EASI model and sustainability governance and management to Partners, Clients and Certification Bodies. This includes refresher sessions and workshops, ensuring a thorough understanding of the principles and applications of the model.
