Sustainability has become a strategic priority for companies, and with over 25 years of experience in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and in the implementation of international standards, I have played a key role in supporting medium and large companies, both national and international, towards a more sustainable future. Since 2021, I am certified as a Sustainability & CSR Auditor compliant with PdR109:2021, an achievement that further strengthens my commitment and expertise in this sector.My long-standing collaboration with CONSULNET ITALIA, which began in 2000, has represented a milestone in my career, allowing me to significantly influence corporate strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance and organizational development. As a project manager and senior consultant, I have led key projects that have transformed business operations, leading to more responsible and sustainable management.In 2021, I had the honor of coordinating the team for the drafting of the EASI standard, a document of which I am co-author, and of leading the accreditation process at Accredia. This standard represents a point of reference for corporate governance and management oriented towards sustainable development. In 2023, I took on the role of "ESG & EASI Technical Manager" in Sircle, where I supervised the creation of the "EASI ESG-Score", an innovative online tool that evaluates the ESG performance of companies, offering a holistic and detailed view of their environmental, social and governance impact.Training and Knowledge SharingIn addition to my role as a consultant, I am also a passionate trainer and speaker in courses dedicated to sustainable development, some of which are recognized by important certification bodies. I have contributed to the training of new auditors and professionals in courses such as the Sustainability & CSR Auditor exam preparation course according to PdR109, the EASI auditor qualification course (internal or third-party) and the Gender Equality System course according to PdR125.My experience spans a wide range of sectors, including plant and services, IT, logistics, communication, engineering, mechanics, chemicals, food, healthcare, and many others. I have collaborated with over 150 medium and large companies, implementing management systems certified by the main certification bodies in Italy, including Bureau Veritas, Certiquality, CSQ, DNV-GL, Gastec, Icim, Lloyd's Register, Rina, Sgs and Tüv.
