Current• GL and Payroll System Administrator ( Dataease 4.53v)o Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirementso Troubleshoot issues and outageso Upgrade systems with new releases and models• Payrollo Ensuring work records are captured correctly and completelyo Ensuring wage and salary calculations are accurateo Checking and verifying deductionso Managing payroll information updateso Reporting to management on payroll, benefits, leave, and taxo Rectifying payroll issueso Leading and managing the payroll team• ERP user Management• Production Planning and Inventory Controlo Actively participate in the design and implementation of System module.o Create processes and procedures that significantly reduce inventory levels while increasing inventory turns, resulting in better cash flow management.o Checking and Reconciliation materials and Forcasting material according to the Marketing / Business Plans.o Manages the Function’s purchasing requisition process.o Works with communications to ensure production of Products and availability of materials.o Ensure the Production and packing are running efficiently, optimizing company resources, and maximizing ROIo Verify product stock is adequate for all distribution channels .o Develop new reporting techniques to improve inventory accuracy, KPI's, and root cause analysis.• Oversee Government Tenders.
