I am responsible for research and development of  shower enclosures, shower tray and linear drain. I am responsible for implementing these products in the global market. I cooperate with representative of Cersanit Group from over the Europ. I am responsible for building a long-term strategy to increase competitive advantage of these products and to developer new product to our portfolio. During my work I cooperation with all department in my company from sales till controlling. I cooperate with factory from Poland and suppliers from Europe and from China.

In my daily work I am responsible for research and development of concealed tank system and flush plates. I am responsible for continuous market monitoring and category management.I am responsible for building a long-term strategy to increase competitive advantage of the concealed tank systems category. I also introduce new products to mass production in cooperation with external suppliers and engineering, production and quality department. During my work I cooperation with suppliers from Europe and internal departments from China, Russia and Poland (quality, marketing, engineering, supplying, production, NPD and logistics).
