Since 2004, I have been involved in the development of projects in green energy, and currently, as the CEO of Neo Energy Group, I am focused on developing projects in the renewable energy sector, creating a robust portfolio of photovoltaic and wind farms, and investing in biogas plants as well as energy storage projects across Poland. The activities of NEG Group contribute to the responsible energy transformation of the country and the reduction of methane and CO2 emissions.I am a manager with over 30 years of experience. My professional career began in Western Europe in the mid-1980s, where I quickly discovered my calling for entrepreneurship. After returning to Poland in 1989, I co-founded the first Polish advertising agency, "Galicja," and later participated in the creation of the largest call center operator in Central Europe - Call Center Poland.As the founder of EBS SA, together with my business partners, I introduced the international 5àSEC laundry network to the market, as well as popular fast food brands such as Thai Wok. Our company Cursor S.A., established in 2000 with two partners and later transformed into OEX S.A., revolutionized the Polish BPO market, achieving a leading position and listing on the stock exchange. In 2002, with the same partners, we founded Real Management S.A., operating in the commercial, warehouse, and residential real estate markets. It became the development arm of Neo Investments Holding, where I am one of the managing partners.Privately, I am an art and classic car collector, and I also restore and rebuild unique historic vehicles. My passion since the age of 18 has been off-road car rallies. I have participated in over 100 rally events worldwide, particularly in Europe, Africa, America, and Asia. I have competed in the toughest race in the world – the Dakar Rally – four times and completed it three times. I was also a five-time participant in the longest rally in the world – the Silk Way Rally from Moscow to Beijing, completing four of them.
