Member of international manufacturing engineering team, focused on assembly process development in Eastern Europe manufacturing plants.Main responsibilities:- Managing the product interface with product development;- Responsible for the process design and implementation in accordance to IATF 16949 QMS;- Ensure manufacturing feasibility, participate to product FMEA;- Define cycle time in line with tact time and standard operation- Integrate ergonomics principles in product design;- Establish manufacturing routines and issue process flowcharts;- Create, release and train manufacturing process documents;- Conduct process FMEA;- Define production equipment specifications and ntegrate ergonomics principles in equipment design;- Follow-up production equipment build;- Ensures equipment delivery and installation in the plant conduct equipment reception process;- Follow-up prototypes build;- Production support in trouble shooting and supporting the solving problem process.

A member of New Model Introduction team, reports to Head of NMI dpt. Plant Managers, Program ManagersResposibilities:• Managing the product interface with product development for car windshields manufacturing;• Responsible for the process design and implementation for products in Original Equipment and Replacement markets;• Creating engineering specification for new applications according to customer’s quality requirements;;• Conduct Feasibility analysis, introduction cards, FMEA's;• Supports production team in troubleshooting;• Support the solving problem process.

A member of Windshields Plant production team, reports to Plant ManagerResponsibilities:• Form and train production team for new windshield manufacturing plant;• Ensure efficiency and quality in the assembly of range of windshields for cars;• Manage supply of raw materials (glass sheets, paint, chemicals) etc;• Supply protective gear for production team, including safety glasses, gloves and protective outer clothing (heat, toxic hazard);• Managing SAP orders, flow of materials, contributing effective production planning;• Create and develope production standards, forms;• Conduct process FMEA;• Train production team in lean management technics (TPM, SPC, SMED, 5S);• Support the solving problem process.• Being a leadership resource to team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice.
