• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, sales and office roles• Conducting Onboarding and Offboarding process• Creating a welcome pack for new employees• Designing a strategy for building and developing Talent Acquisition Department• Designing and implementing policies and procedures for Talent Acquisition Department• Managing the project of launching a new employee benefit (MyBenefit platform)• Managing the project of acquiring a new ATS system• Designing and leading employment branding initiatives

- Recruiting IT specialists - Selecting, screening, phone and F2F interviews with candidates- Building and constantly expanding candidates' base- Taking care of building long-term relationships with candidates- Conducting and supervising all recruitment processes, delivering candidates, scheduling interviews, making job offers

Responsible for the whole recruitment process in IT area, searching and screening candidates for clients’ vacancies, preparing candidates reports in order to present them to the client, conducting interviews, including:- Searching & qualifying IT talents on the market,- Creating job descriptions based on clients’ needs, defining skills sets required on the positions,- Arrange interviews and negotiating job offers,- Evaluating and reporting on candidates’ skills and experience in relation to job descriptions delivered by clients,- Care for a candidate during the course of the recruitment process,- Maintaining a positive and lasting relationship with key clients and candidates,- Providing advices for candidates,- Administration of recruitment processes by maintaining a database of candidate CV’s.
