I work as workstation administrator, responsibilities include designing and creating operating system deployment processes, application packaging including App-v, software updates (windows, office, all other apps), device compliance and settings, incorporating new technologies, supporting lower tiers, creating reports. I’m also responsible for Group Policies, CSP’s and Configuration Baselines. Current environment is Hybrid-Joined with auto enrollment, devices from Dell.I can support Microsoft Configuration Manager from its deployment, troubleshooting components to utilizing all of its potential. Intune Endpoint Manager is my second tool, I use all features that relate to Windows. Azure Virtual Desktop is the latest area, that I’m still developing. I use Powershell Studio to create tools for me and other support personnel. I’m always open to help others, explain how things work or prepare trainings. Overall I try to catch problems before they happen to make sure all workstation are on the top performance all the time to avoid any downtime for business.My favorite IT tasks relate to OSD, I’ve recently prepared Windows 11 light touch deployment from boot media, with MDT support. Currently I’m working on Autopilot deployments.
