I am a long-time employee in the IT industry with experience in both hardware and software. In recent years, I have rapidly advanced as a senior database application tester. Additionally, I have extensive experience as a technical support engineer.I am a very disciplined person, strongly committed to the tasks at hand, and I do not let go of the goals set.As a technical support engineer, I have acquired high-level analytical skills that enable me to respond quickly to customer incidents and problems. Effectively navigating technical documentation, analyzing logs, developing and implementing workarounds, conducting root cause analysis, and documenting investigation results are undoubtedly my strengths.As a database software tester, I possess a high level of attention to detail and analytical thinking throughout the test process. I have experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and prioritize tasks for efficient work organization. I conduct tests on software delivered to international clients, create new test scenarios, conduct smoke tests and regressions, and provide test reports and release notes during the delivery process. I also offer assistance in other projects when necessary and specialize in comprehensive test coverage and execution. When defects or problems arise during testing, I meticulously analyze and document them to ensure smooth collaboration with the development team. Troubleshooting on UAT and Production environments.I have experience working with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Git, GitHub and GitPod. Additionally, I have a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP languages, and recently obtained certification to validate these skills. I also have experience with various plugins and working in a DAWless setup with a wide range of equipment. I stay updated with audio trends, create presets, and develop my own audio plugins. Furthermore, I have my own studio setup for production and recording. In my leisure time, I pursue and develop my passions, including virtual synthesizer programming, music and video production, astrophotography, and tennis, which I actively practice.I always give my best.
