DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Support the creation, ideation and implementation with our agency partners and internal teams of all paid media marketing-related initiatives (search, display, programmatic, app store, paid social, etc) that drive performance growth for OANDA's online trading business.* Support the European performance marketing team to achieve the marketing KPIs that underpin the financial performance targets of OANDA's paid media digital channels - the volume of new clients and cost per acquisition, as well as a focus on increasing client value and optimizing ROI* Support day-to-day campaign performance using available analytical tools, to analyze and optimize assets, creatives.* Support the copy & creative development and execution of marketing communications by working closely with creative services and media teams to develop campaigns across multiple stages of the funnel, e.g. awareness, consideration, conversion.* Actively support the wider European Performance Marketing team in their accountability for stakeholder engagement across all operational and supporting functions across OANDA* Support the strategic communication of the marketing-led performance and KPI's to the wider business, developing the approach to include upstream and downstream analysis as relevant* Support relationships and communications with key stakeholders* Ensure effective risk management processes and controls are in place at all times and appropriate measures implemented to ensure compliance with relevant OANDA Policies
