Responsible for implementing solutions, including digital solutions, to integrate operations and develop the same level of digitalization across all business units within the region:- led the integration of customer service across Poland and Baltics, ensuring a unified approach to digital transformation, focusing mainly on digitalization and Customer Master Data consistency;- collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline customer service operations and improve customer satisfaction through CSAT surveys (Qualtrics);- implemented MyEssilorluxottica platform as a local PM;- managed IT infrastructure, outsorced IT, and vendor contracts, including telecom and car fleet services;- prepared CAPEX related to IT hardware and software.

Led the Customer Service Team for 7 countries, 7 languages, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. Successfully implemented systems, managed office, vendors, outsourced IT, car fleet. Main responsibilities:Planning and preparing the budget;Entering data into the Planning system using the Essbase overlay;Preparing forecasts (3+9, 6+6, 9+3) for the Greater Central Europe region;Cost control for the GCE region;Developing long-term financial strategies, collaborating with finance, sales, and marketing departments, as well as the Country Manager;Managing and collaborating with telecom solution providers and overseeing the car fleet;Managing the external IT department and procuring IT equipment.Key achievements: Automated the planning process, saving 80% of personal time.

Temporarily managed financial operations for the Central and Eastern Europe region: 7 countries, 4 currencies, including budget preparation, payroll approval, and reporting to headquarters. Worked closely with the Country Manager and department heads on financial forecasting and expenditure planning. Led negotiations regarding employee salary increases and trade terms with key vendors.In addition to the above, also fulfilled duties as Business Planner & Controller for the Greater Central Europe region.

I started my career as an assembler of electronic components. Later, I worked as a service technician for systems provided by the company, particularly Access Control Systems (ACS) and Time and Attendance Systems (T&A). The next step was establishing a three-person Service Department, which I managed for some time, eventually taking on the role of Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of ACS and T&A projects.
