An accomplished site manager with team management experience, I have spent the last decade accumulating a wealth of construction experience that allows me to excel in any environment.  I see myself as a passionate, hardworking and dedicated individual, with the ambition and motivation to succeed. Certainly, my track record attest to this, and I have remained open to developing new skills and knowledge as I have moved through my career. Construction is where my career started, and I have a strong understanding of the related processes, procedures and practices, which include being able to manage contract activities, coordination with sub-contractors and on-site team management. I can identify and implement solutions to improve the work of the teams I am involved with, solve problems on the go and ensure that value is instilled in every schedule of works. Naturally safety conscious, I am handy both on-site and at a higher, operational level, enabling all moving parts to interweave seamlessly. I am dedicated to ensuring all operatives work safely and that procedures are up to date and continuously maintained.
