Coordinating the tasks of the Reform Institute under the PDA II (Project Development Assistance) project funded by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership. The project consortium will support 15 local authorities from regions in EU Cohesion Countries, Outermost Regions and islands of EU member states or associated countries to develop their concepts for regional hydrogen and fuel cell projects into detailed work plans.

I was responsible for the launch of the startup incubation platform project of 20 mln PLN co-financed fromOperational Programme Eastern Poland 2014 – 2020. As a project manager I was responsible for staff recruitment, preparation and implementation of internal procedures, supervision of costs eligibility, leading Steering Committee meetings and reporting to the Intermediary Institution (PARP).

Coordination of "Building momentum for the long-term CCS deployment in the CEE region" project implementation.

Supervising the process of implementation the JESSICA initiative as the Urban Development Fund in the Mazovia Region;Overseeing international projects;Supervising cluster initiatives in the area of chemistry and space technologies; Consulting the regional cluster policy.

Building relationships with public sector clients; Identifying and reporting on business opportunities; Representing the Bank at conferences, fairs and networking events.

Buliding cooperation with institutions involved in regional development policies, at regional, national and EU level;Initiating regional projects dedicated to implementation of regional development strategy;Editor-in-chief of regional magazine - Malopolska Initiatives Forum.
