-> Development- Managed the team developing four products: Plenti.app (web & react native), Plenti Backoffice (order & inventory management), and Plenti Partners (collaboration platform for businesses co-financing rental equipment).- Developed a new full-stack Next.js application, unified the environment across all products using the same technology, including CI/CD (GitHub) harmonization, Kubernetes + Argo, and migration to Google Cloud Platform.- Transitioned two primary product functionalities: internal subscription engine to Stripe (alongside payment processor change) and a client fraud verification tool to the emerging TransactionLink platform.-> Data Engineering- Migrated all pipelines to DBT, leveraging its SQL-based transformation capabilities to create a more consistent and manageable environment. Integrated with Cloud Functions and applications running on Google Kubernetes Engine.- Transitioned from Pandas to Polars, facilitating parallel processing without additional libraries, dramatically speeding up data processing and transformation times, reducing costs, and preparing some pipelines for Spark-like processing.- Implemented streaming processing with Dagster, shifting from batch data writing to real-time processing of changes in transactional databases for analytical purposes.- Redesigned the ETL process from BigQuery to a medallion architecture using BigLake and Spark, optimizing data workflows and improving performance.
