- managing the Transitions Quality Team and their workload- acting as point of contact for transition quality matters between the Client, Regional Transition Team and Transition Managers as well as Delivery Teams- ensuring highest level of service (incl. transition projects deadlines, quality of all deliverables, KPIs, etc.)- overseeing and consulting transition quality with Regional Transition Managers- regular reporting on transition quality status including risks and suggesting mitigation plans- delivering appropriate communication to project and delivery teams including participation in project status meetings and Client calls- applying CBRE Transition methodology, Data Standards and Best Practices- team budget controlling- supporting the team in their daily tasks, like abstraction scope set-up, data gap analysis and data validation at go-live date, process mapping and transition documentation including playbooks- building strong working relationships with various teams, Managers and wider stakeholders while working on projects and other activities

- acting as role-model to the team- analyzing lease documents and validation of lease abstracts- day-to-day contact with the Client- training of new Portfolio Analysts- ensuring data integrity and accuracy by performing quality control review of workcompleted by team members- prepares and distributes critical date reports- report to Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager/Client

- Maintaining the Clients Data base and analysis of reported issues in order to support gaps identification and areas for improvement- Lease and key property documents analysis- Produce standard reports in excel utilising existing data to agreed timescales;- Participating in additional projects with a key objective of delivering an enhanced product to the Client;- Cooperation with the Audit Team during periodic data quality and completeness audits;- Cooperation with other teams supporting the Client located around the world- Report to Team Leader
