Following the recent successful acquisition of Datacom System SA by Orange Poland (dated on March15th, 2013), since October 1st I have changed my position to Executive Director - IT Solutions & Services at Integrated Solutions, the subsidiary of Orange Poland.The official press release says:Orange Polska acquires Datacom System, strengthening the position of Integrated Solutions.Orange Polska is adding another company to its portfolio – Datacom System SA, one of the oldest Polish IT enterprises specialized in integration services, among others. Datacom will become a part of Integrated Solutions, a subsidiary of Orange Polska. This transaction is in line with Orange Polska’s strategic plan to strengthen the Group’s position in the business solutions market through, for example, accelerated growth in the ICT area. At the same time, the acquisition will help Integrated Solutions achieve its strategic goal of becoming one of the top 3 ICT integrators in Poland.

Datacom Software sp. z o.o. was a subsidiary of Datacom System SA.In 2013 Datacom System was successfully acquired by Orange Poland. Datacom Software became an independent company and subsequently changed its name to Astrafox sp. z o.o. while retaining its original executive management.I wish them success in further developing the cutting – edge software technologies.
